Here you’ll find information to assist you in planning your visit to Hampstead Heath if you have a disability or need extra support to enjoy our green spaces.

Disabled access

The Heath has:

  • Disabled toilets at locations around the Heath
  • Dedicated disabled parking bays at each of our four car parks
  • A large number of surfaced paths suitable for wheelchairs and mobility scooters
  • Mobility scooters are available, free of charge from Parliament Hill Lido.
    • Mobility scooters can be collected, and must be returned, during the Parliament Hill Lido's opening hours.
    • Users may make one booking at a time, by calling our answer service on 020 7485 5757.
    • First time users must register, with photographic identification documents, at the Lido.
