2023-24

ArtPerUK CIC 

£9,958 over six months towards rehearsals, venue hire and associated delivery costs for a free Peruvian dance show featuring performances, interactive workshops and vendors.

Britten Sinfonia 

£8,900 over three months towards musicians' fees, conductor fees and commissions for 'Once Upon a Tune' a family concert at Milton Court concert hall accompanied by live projected illustrations.

Caporales Centralistas San Miguel London

£8,286 over six months for 'Folklore Superpower' a programme of pop-ups, workshops and a final performance featuring Bolivian foot dance across the City of London.

City Music Foundation

£8,000 towards the costs of CMF artist fees, promotional and venue associated costs to deliver CMF's series of monthly open access classical music recitals this year at the Livery Halls by CMF Artists.

Coney Ltd

£10,000 to fund a series of community workshops for City residents, leading to the co-creation of site-specific, immersive and accessible outdoor adventures (Adventures in the City).

Dr Johnson's House Trust Ltd

£8,750 over six months towards the design, editing and printing of 300 copies of the 'House of Words' compendium and associated virtual tour of Dr Johnson's House.

Drum Works CIC

£5,685 over one year towards the costs of the Music Leader, venue hire and associated project costs to deliver the Barbican Drum Club: inspiring creativity and fostering social cohesion through drumming.

London Youth Choirs

£10,000 over one year for London Youth Choir to bring singing to the City, enlivening the Square Mile with voices of young Londoners.

The VOCES8 Foundation

£5,990 over ten months towards interactive workshops and concerts for children, bringing music and the environment together in the City.

Arab British Centre

£8,230 over one year to fund SAFAR Film Festival 2023 screenings at Barbican Centre including SAFAR Futures mentorship programme and ticket scheme.

Artsadmin

£10,000 over one year to Artsadmin for the delivery of What Shall We Build Here: A performance festival exploring climate and place connecting Aldgate East and the City of London.

Clio's Company

£9,540 over one year to support the research, writing, rehearsal and development of props and costumes for a new production looking at the City and London history through the view of 'The Outsiders.' 

Innercity Films

£10,000 over one year to Innercity Films for community photography and storytelling online exhibition for the City of London residents and workers.

Inspiring Audio Ltd

£9,700 over one year towards the production costs of adding to the 'Streets of London' podcast series, audio walks engaging children to explore the City's social, historical and technological stories.

London Youth Choirs

£10,000 over one year for London Youth Choirs to bring three pop-up performances to the City, enlivening the Square Mile with voices of young Londoners.

National Literacy Trust

£10,000 over one year to part-fund the National Literacy Trust's Young City Poets programme, in which students are inspired to write their own poetry and improve writing skills by visiting iconic cultural venues in the City.

Whitechapel Art Gallery 

£9,500 towards their Summer Programme 'Life is More Important Than Art,' a summer season of exhibitions, performances, festivals, talks and takeovers held at Whitechapel Gallery.

Arab British Centre

£9,800 over one year for delivery of SAFAR Film Festival at the Barbican Centre, Summer 2022: Screenings, Industry Development Programme, Young SAFAR Programme and Ticket Scheme.

Avant Garde Dance Company

£9,970 over one year to cover the performance, workshop, and associated project costs of delivering contemporary hip-hop performances in the City of London.

Baluji Music Foundation

£10,000 over one year towards the costs of world music performances in the City of London in the Summer of 2022 by the Inner Vision Orchestra.

Go Live Theatre Projects

£4,144 over one year to support subsidised trips to top London theatre shows for low-income families based in the City of London.

London Arts and Health Forum

£7,000 over one year for a project that develop an arts and wellbeing hub in the City, open to all communities and workers.

London Youth Choirs

£6,062 over one year for London Youth Choir to bring four pop-up performances to the City, enabling young people to experience the City through song.

Mental Fight Club

£9,787 over one year to deliver a pilot engagement programme, involving two events to revive cultural interest in the City's churches and improve wellbeing.

Open City

£9,550 over one year for the delivery of a programme engaging primary school children with design professionals and the City's architecture to encourage them to think about their own heritage, sense of belonging and future opportunities in this arena.

The Baytree Centre

£10,000 over one year to support the running costs of delivering educational and cultural visits to the City of London to support the integration of migrant women and girls.

The Experimental Weave Lab 

£10,000 over one year towards the cost of resident stipends.

Bishopsgate Institute

£8,716 over three months to contribute to the total project cost of delivering nine streamed lunchtime concerts at the Great Hall in the Bishopsgate Institute from May - July 2021.

£1,200 over one year to deliver two live on-site concerts at City locations to older people.

Forma Arts & Media

£9,000 over one year towards outreach and production activities of the Ledger project at Guildhall Art Gallery, including engagement of two young City of London residents in the research and photography work.

Fuel Productions Limited

£10,000 over one year towards the costs of delivering of two iterations of the night-time artist-led urban walk The Midnight Run with London Metropolitan Archives and Culture Mile.

Japanese Avant-garde and Experimental Film Festival

£5,647 over two months towards the delivery of 'JAEFF 2021: Bodies.'

Spread the Word

£10,000 over one year to extend the delivery of the 'Runaways' project to City of London schools and cultural institutions, and to engage three emerging artists in the project's production.
