The Seasonal Health Intervention Network (SHINE) is a one-stop referral system to affordable warmth and seasonal health interventions for residents in London. The service is run by Islington Council.

Any vulnerable resident can refer in, but some of the services have stricter eligibility criteria. 

You may be able to get support with:

• advice on saving energy and grants available for heating and insulation
• support with bills and energy debt
• 'Energy Doctor in the Home' home visiting service
• fire safety checks by London Fire Brigade
• air quality alerts for people with respiratory diseases by airTEXT
• handyperson service
