Choice Based Lettings

Once you are registered on the Housing Register, you will have been:

• assessed
• awarded reasonable preference points
• given an application reference number and pin number

You can now bid for available properties on the Choice Based Letting Scheme, run by Home Connections.

Bidding means expressing interest in a property online. 

Properties will be available for bidding each week from Thursday morning to Monday night. There may be some weeks where there are no properties available for bidding.
