• To vary the existing premises licence, so as to include the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises and remove condition 2 of annex 2 accordingly.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for premises licence or club premises certificate and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
