Public notice

Application for a variation of premises licence

Notice is hereby given that: Union Street Cafe Limited
Has applied to the City of London on: 4 December 2024
In respect of: Gordon Ramsay Bread Street Kitchen & Bar/Lucky Cat
Premises Address: 58M (part), 59, 60 & 61 (part) floors, 22 Bishopsgate, London, EC2N 4BQ
Ward: Lime Street

Application details:

To vary the layout of floor 58M(part) (all other floors to remain as existing) in accordance with plans supplied by the applicant.
This floor was granted as a private dining room and lounge with toilets and extensive kitchen.
The proposal now is to create a large kitchen and training area which will be a mixture of development, production and support for the existing other trading floors. It is also proposed that it would be available for hire for example a cooking masterclass with wine.
For that reason, we wish to retain the floor as licensed but, as you will note in terms of its trading area, it is considerably less than the approved plan.
All licensable activities, permitted hours, opening hours and conditions to remain as existing.

A record of this application is held by the City of London and can be viewed by members of the public on this webpage or by appointment at the offices of City of London licensing authority; Guildhall, Aldermanbury, London, EC2V 7HH.
