How we promote the City of London to the property sector
The Partnerships and Engagement team promotes the City to investors, developers and occupiers at property trade shows, conferences and events. The team also oversees a regular programme of property-related exhibitions and public events held at the City Centre Marketing Suite which is home to the City Centre model.
The City Centre: the team works in partnership with Pipers Projects to run the City Centre Marketing Suite. The City Centre provides a range of events, exhibitions and installations to highlight the City’s built environment in terms of places and spaces, new developments and future City strategies. The Centre also works with local schools as part of its education programme and provides an innovative venue for corporate meeting and events.
MIPIM is the world’s leading international property trade show and provides an opportunity to promote City developments on a world stage. CPAT organises all aspects of the City’s representation: from stand design through to meetings, seminars and the launch of an annual industry-leading property report.
MIPIM UK is the largest property event for professionals within the UK and provides an opportunity for the City to forge links with other UK regions who have similar business interests.
The London Real Estate Forum brings together the elite of the London property world and showcases London’s development potential to national and international investors.
On Location in the City: is a one-day property conference which takes place at the Guildhall and focuses on the City’s new commercial developments, regeneration initiatives and future strategies. The conference also includes tours of development sites to view some of the best examples of new and planned buildings and public realm in the City.
