Tech x the City: assessing and accelerating the impact of the tech sector.

Commissioned by the City of London and the City Property Association, and in association with Cushman & Wakefield and KPMG, this research set out to examine the way technology will impact the City’s core occupier base.

This report seeks to understand the appropriate business and cultural environment needed to foster the continued evolution of the Square Mile as a world-class business centre. This involved a review of published material and data to identify how the role of technology is changing and impacting different business sectors. Perceptions and views of a wide range of interested parties were also sought through detailed face-to-face interviews and considered in the final recommendations in the report.
