Reproducing an image

If you wish to reproduce an image of an artwork from Guildhall Art Gallery’s collection, please find the image on London Picture Archive. Select ‘Buy this image’ and fill in the online form to purchase an image licence and a high-resolution copy of the image.

If the ‘Buy this image’ option is not included on the listing or the artwork you are interested in is not listed it may still be possible to reproduce the image; contact the Licensing Team at Guildhall Art Gallery at licensing.artgallery@cityoflondon.gov.uk with details of your enquiry. You will also need to apply to us directly for a licence if you wish to amend the image in a reproduction (a crop or adaptation of the image) or where none of the licences match your intended use.

Low-resolution Creative Commons images can be downloaded using the arrow icon underneath most artworks on the Art UK website. Please check Art UK’s guidance on Images and Copyright before using any images. Primarily the oil paintings from the Gallery’s collection are listed on Art UK; most works on paper, photographs, sculptures, and other media are not featured.
