Please note that we require at least 1 month of notice for applications for coaching and sport events to be considered.

Licences

Sports events are one of a number of activities in the Forest for which you require a licence.

Why we require licences

Licensing is part of how we regulate events to make sure the Forest's conservation needs are considered, as well as the needs of visitors, nearby residents and other stakeholders. The process also ensures that events meet our health and safety requirements and other standards we're held to as an organisation. Thank you for your understanding.
