Bury Wood
Bury Wood is grazed by our conservation herd of longhorn cattle in April, August, November and December. If you see our cows while in the area, please remember they are livestock and not pets, keep your distance, and keep dogs on leads around them.
Bury Wood is a quiet, wooded area full of fascinating veteran trees, especially hornbeams. Nearby Grimston's Oak is an ancient oak pollard and one of Epping Forest's most popular trees.
