Gambling register
The Gambling Act 2005 requires licensing authorities to keep a register of all applications that it receives and licences that it has issued.
The Public Register Of Licences And Registrations page can be used to find out whether:
- a premises or person has a current licence or registration
- an application is in progress and open to public representation for objections or support
