The City Cluster Healthy Streets Plan sets out the City of London Corporation's proposals to improve streets in the area, as part of the broader City Cluster Vision.

Bound to the west by Bishopsgate, to the north by Houndsditch and to the south by Aldgate and Fenchurch Street, the City Cluster is home to many of the building’s that make London’s world-famous skyline.

Motor traffic dominates the City Cluster streets in terms of street space, with priority for vehicle movement over all street uses. The City Cluster Healthy Streets Plan aims to address this imbalance through several projects to enhance streets, including Transforming Leadenhall Street to better prioritise people walking.

The plan was adopted by the City of London’s Planning and Transportation committee on Tuesday 6 September 2022.
